This program is designed for students who wish to earn a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree at an accelerated pace. The Pre-Licensure Phase prepares students for beginning clinical practice.Full-time study is required during the Pre-Licensure Phase. Following completion of the Pre-Licensure phase, students will be awarded a BSN degree and will be eligible to take the NCLEX examination. The Post-Licensure Phase prepares students for their chosen master's specialty in advanced practice nursing. Upon successful completion of the pre-licensure phase, students will have already completed three of the required master's courses. Students may choose any of the master's specialties, except Nurse Anesthetist or Advanced Practice Acute/Critical Care. The post-licensure phase may be completed on a full- or part-time basis.
