Q: How do I get a replacement certificate for a course I attended?
A: Use the Replacement Certificate Form

Q: Do I need a Paypal account to pay online?
A: No. On the checkout screen, look on the bottom left where it says, "Don't have a paypal account?" and click continue. You may pay on that screen without signing up for paypal.
