Neighbors Serving Neighbors
The Jordan & Harris Center is a nurse-managed program designed by and for the community it serves. A community advisory board helps guide the Center's operations and a Community Health Worker program trains residents to serve as advocates and health navigators for their neighbors.
The Center is named after long-time Hyatt Court residents Lillie Jordan and Esther Harris McArthur. It is dedicated to the memory of the late Agnes Younger, who inspired the establishment of the new Center.
